Something is very wrong with this ship

The pride of York normally stays in Harbour out of sight all day, then sails on the Evening tide to Zeebrugge, and of course does the same thing in reverse the next day,
Yet here it is out in the river, being held against the falling tide by a tug, and there are three others arriving to held manouevre it.
I do hope the passengers have been landed somehow rather than being marooned out there in the River!
