Big fire on Eastbourne seafront opposite the pier.

Fire brigade called before 9am, smoke still pouring out and flames still to be seen (extra) at 1pm. No-one seriously hurt, one person with breathing difficulties and some monor injuries. However the adjoining terraced properties had to be evacuated.
