Sparkling

A dull day, outside and inside. However, a Scottish Chamber Orchestra concert in the evening provided an opportunity to lighten the mood.

My walk from Queen Street Station to the City Halls passed through George Square (pictured), where preparations were well underway for the Christmas Market and Funfair which open on Sunday.

The concert itself was excellent - a Beethoven double bill, featuring the composer's first and third symphonies.
