Heavy frost this morning and too cold for ice cream (see extra)
We had a celebratory lunch with friends. The husband's birthday is on the same day as mine, and the wife's birthday is in December like G's. We decided to celebrate all 4 birthdays, and this was first chance we've had to get together.  Great to see them and enjoy delicious food with excellent company. And...I don't have to cook tonight. Yay!!
Kalyn's team won in three straight sets last night. From the news story: "Statistically, Freshman Kalyn Hartmann led SFU claiming an impressive 12 kills and 4 blocks."
We streamed the game and it was a really fun one to watch, lots of long rallies. Another big game tomorrow night, the last one of the season. Hoping for win!
