Energy

It's SNOWING like mad. Went out to church this morning, and then been indoors all day doing lots of housework, reorganising, sewing, cooking, reading and taking random photos.

This is the box where we chuck our dead batteries ready to take for recycling. We emptied it just before Christmas, and yet there are already loads more. How on earth do we get through so many batteries? It can't possibly be very environmentally friendly. I think I'm going to look into ways of reducing our battery consumption - whether that is through fewer appliances, or more rechargeable batteries.

Either way, I'm taking a close look at our energy usage. So this photo represents a close look at energy usage :-D
