Pizzas

We have been minding the grandchildren since yesterday afternoon while their parents went on a birthday harbour cruise last night and the office Christmas party harbour cruise today. Hopefully the smoke has cleared on the harbour.

I’m not pretending it’s easy but lunch was when Hugh suggested “pizzas” (consisting of muffins spread with tomato sauce, cheese, tomatoes and bacon).
He even made them himself which is rare for a male in our family. They are not renowned for any culinary expertise.
