Bill and Ben!

My walk today was even more enjoyable than usual because my blip friend, "Corinthian Column" joined us for part of the walk from Bingley to Harden, where she had to leave us for lunch and a reunion with friends.

We chatted away as if we had known each other for ages. Had to explain to other members of our walking group , that we had not met before, and all about "Blip"!
( I hope it won't be too long before we meet up again. )

The weather was perfect for walking, although still very muddy in places inspite of the frost.
I couldn't resist a photo of these two perched on a garden wall, just before we got to St Ives.

How many of you can remember Watch With Mother, and Bill and Ben the Flower Pot Men, and Little Weeeeeeed!!
First transmitted by the BBC in 1952, and went on for 20 years. Then a new version produced in 2000. (not seen that one)

Have really enjoyed today!
Trying to snow at the moment. Wonder if we will wake up to a white world tomorrow.
