the big squeeze!

my sister phoned this morning with a question about making marmalade and in an instant, changed today's plans. seville oranges are only in the shops for a very short time - 3 years ago i missed them all together!
i've made marmalade all day - straight orange, 3 fruit and marmalade with 4 lemons.
the blip is squeezing the pectin out of the pith and seeds to set the jam.
