Sailing on the Torridge

While waiting for a phone call  from my friend J in hospital, and not due out until this evening (fingers crossed), I Headed out to do a quick bit of shopping and then went over to Instow. 

The tide was on its way in and the dinghys from the Yacht Club were heading out . I should have waited a bit longer, as on my way back along the road there was a flotilla of them being launched.

It is another grey day with rain on and off, although the wind has dropped. Doesn't look to be much change over the next few days here  either.
