Keep out!

This old, ornate, weather-worn gate is padlocked these days in an attempt to keep out undesirables like Minty and me while the Big Hoose is up for sale. There has apparently been some vandalism.

This is a view of the back of the house, with the gate in a hedge at the side. Between you and me, the padlock is a bit pointless, as a few yards away it is possible to walk straight into the grounds. Not that we do, of course!

Posting early as we're off to our concert at the Armadillo this evening. Minty is going to keep Mabel company.
