It was a grey morning today but it was brightened by a long walk with a friend and her dog along the beach. I couldn't resist this gull taking a rest on one of Antony Gormley's men. That joke what do you call a man with a spade on his head has been going htrough my head all day - but what do you call a man with a bird on his head doesn't quite give the same result ... unless you can think of a humorous answer.
