Carrickfergus

An early start and a delayed flight due to fog but we safely arrived in Belfast.

We have hired a car and were in Carrickfergus with Henry and Rachel (and the gulls) by 2pm.

This evening, we watched fireworks across the harbour with the castle to right and the beach below us. Carrickfergus Christmas lights are very pretty and we felt quite festive.

It's great seeing Henry so settled and happy (much credit due to R)
