Harvesting Maize

Our maize is earlier than most in the area, as we used irrigation in october when it was sown.
Mary and Olivia, two of our workers, bring in some to dry and eat.
Our three extended families get all their food fron the farm here in Lusangazi.
They need to have cooked and eaten everything, so that they can pass on the skill and information to others.
