Ouch !

Coming through the front door this morning my back went, and really seized up. Very painful. It has happened before and lasted days and weeks. Grrr !

I have been applying ointment, and a hot water bottle. But the first thing I did - after a lot of rubbing and pacing around - was to walk to the local shop to try and loosen it up. 

It's been another grey, damp day. Everything has had a good soaking with all the heavy rain overnight.  A lot of the fallen leaves are now rotting well - the crispness all gone.

So, as an act of some desperation, it has to be a puddle. The reflected tree was occupied by 20 plus starlings all doing their winter tune-up routine. One of those winter sounds I always like to hear.
