Starting Point

13.1.13 First special date of the year. Sort of.

Been to several places today so lots of photo opps. Tough to narrow it down really. If you're ever in Dubai and go on the Big Bus (which comes highly recommended by guests of mine who have been), this is where you will make your start (in the day time ofcourse, unless you're doing the night tour).

Wafi Mall has a decidedly Egyptian theme with Pyramids and giant statues of Pharoahs etc. A great place to take in several amazing sights. I happened to have an hour and a half to kill while G had a meeting. Was there in time for the Sound & Light show which is nicely done.

Met up with friend Jessica for lunch which was fab. Just another great day with plenty of sunshine and a nice cool breeze.
