Breathing under water

The sun shone all day today and I felt completely energised by it. Had a good walk with doggo - at least five miles and then headed out to shoot some infrared on film. Murron had given me an invite to visit her class and see their display of knowledge on the solar system, so I scooted across and had a lovely time chatting to her classmates and learning new facts. I even managed to correctly construct Cygnus (constellation) with some cut out stars and got a mini round of applause for my efforts. As I was home today there was no after school club and no pre swim panic (where I try to placate tired grumpy girls, quickly shove some food their way and get them into their swimming gear in 30 minutes) and we arrived at the pool early which felt like a minor triumph :) I headed off to the beach to take some pictures for another project I'm working on and spent a wonderful hour or so watching the sun go down.
