Into the exhibition

The Association of Finnish Camera Clubs theme exhibition opening ceremony in Kouvola in the afternoon and dinner in the evening, with some lectures in between. A nice evening with old and new friends after the dinner.

The theme was "tila" which can be translated in different contexts to many different English words (Google Translate gives 12, and I can think of more), though perhaps "space" and "room" come first to mind. A good theme as it can be interpreted in many ways. It seems that my interpretations were respected by the judges as they accepted five of my works to the exhibition. I also got the Nordic Society of Photography bronze level distinction.

The gallery was located in an old factory, but as you can see, there are still working factories around, too.
