First snow

This is the first snow we've had this year. When I opened the curtains from my bedroom this morning this was the view. It lay for a while and then melted by late afternoon, but I have a feeling this week we will see more.

The weather didn't put me off my visit to the gym. I definitely feel I need to keep the exercise going at this time of year otherwise I'll sieze up.

Quick trip to mum and dad's and got them each a double ice cream cone with raspberry sauce. Simple things make simple pleasures. I managed to stay strong and didn't succumb to the extra calories.
