More light

We all had a bit of a lie in this morning then some tea and toast whilst we planned out what to do. Decided to head west...to South Queensferry via the modern art gallery. Loved Katie Paterson’s work there-all organised around time and space. This was a ‘mirror ball’ made up of drawings/photos of every solar eclipse....other things equally mind blowing.
From there, all buzzing after looking around, we headed on for a lovely fishy lunch by the bridges and a wander round the shops and on the beach- as usual picked up quite a lot of sea glass there.
Home for cups of tea and then we went down town to take part in the Fruitmarket gallery’s Night Walk. We wandered round the closes off the high street following a guide on a tablet and an artist on headphones. Very immersive experience...and we all jumped when the cavalry arrived on the royal mile!
We were pretty tired once we got home and although had plans for pizza etc we ended up relaxing with tv and prosecco! Another very relaxing day. Tomorrow starts a week of strikes and graduations.... could be tricky.
