In a bid to continue his streak of watching the equivalent of one new-to-him movie per day this year, Rich has been dipping into the Christmas movie well fairly early this year. This, combined with my already being knee-deep in Christmas shizz at work, has led to a definitively more festive Taylor household than is usual for not-yet-December. All this to say, our tree is up! We had to bin some decorations though, so I may have to go tinsel shopping soon.

In other news, my everything hurts. Aside from putting up the tree and doing a bit of the essential housework, it's been another day of movie watching (Noelle, a fun Christmas movie that needed a bit more Bill Hader), book reading (I'm about a third of the way through Acceptance, the final book in the Southern Reach trilogy) and TV catch-upping. Lovely.
