a day light on achievement but then again light also as in not feeling the weight of doom for once. am still awaiting a response to my email to a certain person about tactlessness, but on the bright side, thanks to the power of the interweb i know that my friend M in australia got married in a surprise ceremony the day the family was celebrating her son's first birthday, woohoo!

met my mother and her friend this afternoon, after they spent an epic amount of time testing sewing machines (i was excused, on account of not knowing anything about sewing and thus not being able to offer useful input). nosey into john lewis and then some chinese for early dinner, v nice.

walked home via canongate and the park, and i'm glad, the moon was huge and low and photogenic - i haven't really done it justice, but tho v noisy, i think the spookiness of the 'available light' setting gives a flavour. night shots are yet another thing to tackle on the list for post-365!
