Different kind of healing

A loooong day. Not as long as Z who actually needed to be here. As hospitals go Forth Valley is OK, there's even some woodland walk trails. Sadly didn't get out apart from nipping out for phone signal as needed to be inside being a voice and ensuring things got done. When the hospitals over 90 minutes away it's pretty important to be totally sorted before leaving!
