Portrait

This portrait of the mother of a friend of mine came up for auction today. It was done by a mutual friend, Ingrid Erns in 1956. 

I am pleased to say that my friend was the successful bidder for the painting at the auction tonight. His mother passed away some years ago. This is a beautiful portrait of her in her early 20s.
