Refresher course

Friend and neighbour Angela, who taught me how to do stained glass work last year, has now got her business up and running and offered me a refresher course this weekend.  

Mike was left in charge of Lottie and I had a wonderful day.  I had decided to draw a lighthouse, but I made it a bit more complicated that I should have, 13 pieces might be a bit of a struggle to do in the time, but I shall do have a go!  Angela was there to remind me what to do and help with the tricky bits.  Luckily she is a good and patient teacher! 

It's great fun and by five o'clock I had all the glass cut and ground to shape, ready for the lead work tomorrow.  Angela deserves a big glass of red after today!
