Coffee date .....

...... with N at our favourite bookstore. We went out to get on with various tasks ( successfully for the most part) and stopped for a coffee before going home to see H and N who had come down for the night from town. Went to a wonderful 55 birthday party tonight for a friend with Down’s syndrome. It was such good fun ...... a real celebration of life ..... his mum was told he probably wouldn’t survive childhood .... what a long way we have come since those days.
