Second of hideously early shifts done. 
Nothing else to report. Just work and its usual idiotic decisions.
For example, we have a backlog and have been chipping away from it from the bottom up so that people are dealt with in order of how long they have waited. New direction now is to work from the top of the list.
Apparently, this will fix everything. Hmm.
