HOT POCKET

I took this shot from the tee box overlooking the 3rd fairway at Tierra Rejada golf course.  Like a Hot Pocket microwavable turnover, it is wrapped by scorched chaparral from the recent Easy Fire.  It is still playable. We get a little rain in the Spring, and after that Tierra Rejada's natural beauty will slowly return.  
In the meantime, if you don't make it to the fairway, it is easier to find your ball.
