bike 180 - ride day 50

yup, 50th day that i've ridden this year. thats just short of three days in every four.
not a bad ratio for this time of year.

work is rubbish - home at 9.15 tonight
that's 15 hours out of the house...

long weekend coming up though split between betws-y-coed and manchester. that'll help
