Goodbye

To another good friend and all round wonderful guy.  We went to his Memorial Service this morning. We knew there would be lots and lots of people also wanting to say goodbye so we got to the church nice and early but even then we were put in the choir stalls and for many others it was standing room only and outside too.

The service was lovely, 4 of the grandchildren coped with their readings beautifully and whilst around 200 people made their way out of church the Recessional song was played, to which we were invited to join in:  
"Wish me luck as you wave me goodbye"!!!
