Spot On

A thoroughly dark and drizzly day with not much opportunity to blip in the natural light.

I've noticed these 'marked up' fence posts on our regular dog walk for a while.  Someone has helpfully indicated with a red splodge which ones have fallen over...like it's not obvious... !?

Not sure who is responsible for Lens Path, but I'm thinking there must be at least two 'departments' at work here, one to define the work and one to do it.  By the time the 'to do it' people can schedule it in there may be a few more on the tilt, but will they be able to use their initiative?

I can't help thinking it might have been easier to send someone with a sledge hammer down the path for a morning and get them to straighten up the fallen ones... but what do I know...
