Twitcher land

The blue sign on the front of this oddly colourful building is the clue to what it is. Twitchers come here, to the rather wonderful Royal Society for the protection of Birds (RSPB) centre at the Rainham Marshes Nature Reserve in Essex, alongside the Thames estuary near Purfleet. It’s a haven for all kinds of wildlife: birds, water voles, dragonflies and more. It is also a favourite stopping off point when I do a car photoshoot for a magazine.
