Another visitor

After yesterday's visitor, today it's one of my favourite little birds.

Sorry for brief blips but I really haven't done much with this weekend, to my shame. That needs to change next weekend, no excuse from now on.

Exercise:
Another confession first, as I didn't do any exercise yesterday. So today I blasted it on the bike for 90 minutes to make up.
