New Workout

My husband and I and joined a new gym called Spenga. We take classes of 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of intensive strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga. It’s the absolute best fitness class I have ever taken. My husband and I have been going twice a week for almost 4 months. Our flexibility, stamina and strength has increased greatly. My husband who has MS has also seen his balance improved! Their phrase WERK is a play on the word Work. Every time we walk in, we are going to Werk.....And those instructors make sure we do.
