A tree in all seasons: part one

Today was the perfect winter's day. Sunshine, but crisp and cold.

To make use of the day, we walked up to our local common in London: Tooting.

It was a perfect photography day, and I could have used many of the photos I took today as a blip.

However, I have set myself one small challenge. That is to record one tree in on the common in the four different seasons. We love our local common, and seeing it change throughout the seasons is one of the joys of life. We love it in every season, and its character does change throughout the seasons.

So here is part one: Winter!
