Bread and butter pudding

Try it yourself
Slice up left over panettone and arrange in a flat baking dish
Mix together
450ml milk 50gms sugar and 2 eggs
Pour this mix over the panettone slices
(I also add a few big spoonfulls of dried fruits that have been soaking in jar of a mixture of spirits for 5 years)
Once all the mix has been absorbed by the panettone
Bake for about half an hour at 175 in electric oven
