"I want to help with the washing up"

As Tim is out of action with his ankle/foot I've been running around like a blue you know what!! This morning the children and I walked to Sainsburys and back to get something for tea, Ellis did very well and walked all the way without a moan or groan, it was just over 2 miles. After dinner I was about to wash up when Ellis stated that he wanted to help.....he didn't do to badly for a nearly 4 year old but he did keep taking the sponge out of the sink and putting water EVERYWHERE....kids hey!!
