Feeling manky

We were all feeling a bit ropey and tired today. I was off the back of two night shifts, Louisa two nights of broken sleep looking after Owen, and Owen with this cough/cold that he has and not being himself.
We didn't go swimming this morning because of it although a bit of fresh air on a brief trip to the shop this afternoon seemed to clear him up a little.
