Preening.

The loch had dozens of swans on it so I stopped presuming they were Whoopers, but was surprised to discover they were all Mutes! Unusual, didn't realise they did a migrant flocking.
Plenty of Whoopers on the Firth, also, Wigeon, Oystercatchers, Lapwings, Redshank, Knot and Mallard. November is good for spotting wildfowl.
