Marital harmony. Dave's head is very heavy and Emily is so tiny. He's always warm so maybe it's a fair trade being a bit squashed in return for heat.

Swimming friends filled my morning as we have taken to twice weekly chats over coffee. I met another gym friend later for a catch up then bumped into another on the way home. I did finally get round to completing my list of tasks for the day.
