My day in a picture

This is a perfect representation of my day. It's mainly been sport ... football earlier for Big K ... It was bloody freezing!!! Things we do for our children, shame they don't appreciate it! My blip would've been a picture of him playing football but of course that's not allowed any more! RULES RULES RULES ...

I went for my first 5k of the year ... I got a bit sloppy with running before Christmas, felt like I was always ill so knocked it on the head for what was supposed to be a week to 'recoup' and then lacked motivation so did the odd run here and there but since the New Year (which seems like weeks and weeks ago) I've been running 5/6 times a week ... Wow it felt good to get out in the crisp sunshine, it was really nice. Don't get me wrong there were some walls to smash along the way but we got there. About 8 minute miles (which is really good for a slow coach like me) and a total of 3.56m ... back in the game for a 10k ... Thanks Harps for the motivation x

Maybe I should've added scales to this picture ... 2lbs off since last Sunday, official weigh in on Tuesday ... I'm trying to be reeeeaaallllly good!

No other news ... major toy sort out, kid strops ... the usual ... little darlings!
