New Instant Pot.

I treated us to a new appliance....the Famous Instant Pot!   i picked it up last night but was too tired to try and comprehend all the buttons, knobs and whistles...it's a wee bit complicated!

So this was what i stared at for 2 minutes, doing the 'test run' they suggest!   Having no idea what i was really doing i tried to be patient, but when i started smelling something kinda strange i got a bit worried!   on reflection i think it was just the new element cleaning itself up!!!

And now we have a Moroccan Chicken stew cooking away...should be ready in 6 minutes!!!!   we'll see!  

This could be fun!   (or crazy)

And today is a very special day....my darling twin daughter's turn 31....see extras for a photo of each them!   Bronwyn's in the wedding dress!!!
