Little Eaton Flood Plain Ponies

For too long various ponies have been fly grazed on a flood plain in Derby. The River Derwent burst its banks a few weeks ago, five ponies were rescued but six were left behind.

Various social media posts today said the remaining ponies have been removed, possibly with the intervention of the land owner, apparently they are safe.

If they are safe, it is the best news I've heard in a long time.
