Another Quacking Day!

I had a good nights sleep, I ended up sleeping in the spare bedroom, and had a great nights sleep. I woke at 7am and had a coffee and went back for another couple of hours. I did a little housework and the ventured out for a drive round.

I went to Wivenhoe, and cut cross country again to Manningtree (I do like it on the River Stour). This duck was taken at Wivenhoe, it was a job to choose as I took over 300 photos today on my Canon 7D, I have not used it a lot so far. Been a pain downloading as I have misplaced my iPad connector.

On my way home I went to a friends for our weigh in, as we are starting our healthy eating regime. We are going to be putting £4 a week in a tin, and then we are going to have a spend. We decided to do it between ourselves rather than give to a group. I will aim to keep you posted with how I am doing.

Well I return to work tomorrow, it is going to be difficult getting up, so having an early night. Not looking forward to the alarm going off, going to be a culture shock all round!
