Red Throated?

I'm pretty sure this is a juvenile Red Throated Diver that was fishing just off the beach at Portobello this afternoon. Surprisingly close to the shore as most divers I've seen in the winter have been way off in the distance. Another bird species for Portobello for me. Despite being such a busy place there is a surprising variety of birds to be seen through the year.
