Godwits

Followed the Waikato River past the Huntly Station, in the early morning light was reflecting in river. Then on north to Trip out to Miranda was a bit late and the Godwits were all leaving for the shell bank at Miranda.  Still lovely to see them all flying overhead.  Saw a Red Knot but just a dot in the distance.
Hopefully now I am home I can keep the days sorted correctly.  Stayed the night in Albany.
