Seeing red

What was making me see red today?  The well known bank that our business is with (think the black horse).  Relating our tale of woe would take up a great deal of journal space and frankly be boring.  Suffice it to say that with each reorganisation of the so called business management team, the level of service has gone down and down.  Today after another lengthy call ( I always have to call them) the last 20 minutes of a 1 hour call were dedicated to my making  formal complaint.

Here's hoping that tomorrow will be a better day!
