Teagan’s selfie

Daisy and I went to see Teagan after work, she was five yesterday. She is a marvel that child, a load of issues but is doing so well at school. She made us laugh a lot, we made plans for a muppet movie trip, then we came home.

And I went swimming. First time since last Thursday. I have definitely over swam. Less is more perhaps.
