WEDNESDAY

Despite the continuing wet weather I headed up to Greenhead Park at lunchtime where I crossed paths with kagsy who is competing with me and a handful of other Fitbit enthusiasts in this week's step challenge.

We managed a quick coffee in the Conservatory Cafe and a couple of impromptu  "selfies" (including this blurry one that I have faffed about with) before I headed off back to the office for a team meeting.

Karen headed off into the town where she seems to have clocked-up a few more thousand steps on a shopping expedition.

My step count for today now stands at 13,043 and I'm 7,000 steps behind.
