Is Sunday

Last night I hardly slept between anxiety at having a not so quiet carer here first thing this morning and being uncomfortable in bed It was never going to be a easy nights sleep. So I spent a lot of it playing with photography apps on my phone;) this owl has been a work in progress over the last few nights all it needs to do now is dry.

Result being I have spent much of today sleeping. I did get to look at some light dandruff falling out of the sky though.

Had a change of care tonight, and of routine hopefully long term this will work better for us as it gives me longer between calls and S a chance to actually bath A at a reasonable time it's always a challenge fitting her bath between my day time calls

Right A wants to read to me so I better give her my attention
