It was cold this morning, bright and sunny, but cold, and frosty in places where the sun hadn't reached.

I wrapped up well to take Dylan on his morning walk and was taken by the sunlight falling on the cemetery as I walked by. As usual Dylan was very patient whilst I took some pictures.

I started work on the new laptop after the walk. Although I've slagged off Windows 8 I'm sort of coming round to the idea that it may not be too bad an operating system, just different. I discovered if you dig deep enough it has a lot of traditional Windows below the surface.

I guess being used to using an Android tablet and phone helps, just think apps.

We met Emma later at Nero for coffee. She had been at the Jaguar works, Castle Bromwich all day where they had been previewing the launch of the F Type sports car. She's off to Glasgow soon for the first UK launch.
